About the Artist

Since this site is about my work, I will write this in the first person. I have had an interest in art my entire life. The mediums have changed over the years, but the creativity has never stopped. I had been a graphic designer for all of my career, business owner of a sign and graphics shop and am currently a Creative Director. I picked up photography about ten years ago and absolutely love what I see through the lens and what I can create out of my imagination from there.
I have a very rounded expertise, from marketing, branding and bringing a client’s vision to life to fine art and art history, especially surrealism. I am doing what I love to do. How many people can say that? Enjoy browsing my site, feel free to contact me anytime. – Robyn Porteen
